The birth of the modern company dates back to 1961, when a small business was set up to produce bridal, evening and formal wear fabrics. It grew so quickly that after just a few years a department for footwear fabrics was created.

The Company equipped itself with its own factory that has expanded over the years to become a modern production site for the creation of silk-based, high-quality standard fabrics for footwear and clothing for the mid to high-end market segment.
