The origins of the Dimar company date back to the seventies, when the Franchetti family started its activity in the Vicenza area: the passion and dedication always profuse, together with more than ten years of experience, make Dimar today a reference point of the made in Italy, able to satisfy every request of its customers.

In 2006 the Dimar Leather Team was opened, a detachment of Dimar Conceria dedicated to production processes from wet blue to finished. At the beginning of 2014 a new branch of the company is created with Dimar Tannery.

The company is a leading reality in the Italian and international tanning market, which has been operating for over forty years between tradition and innovation, to provide its customers with the highest quality leathers.

The company produces a wide range of crust and grain leathers, excellent in terms of yield and colour homogeneity, for a variety of uses – from footwear to upholstery, from bags to belts.

Alongside the tanning, dyeing and finishing departments, equipped with the most advanced machinery that respects the environment and workers’ health, the company has expressly dedicated a building to the storage and processing of leather, from raw/wet blue to semi-finished.

An efficient storage and distribution logistics guarantees a wide and immediate availability of the products in stock, shipped to the customer within 24 hours all over the world and without the constraint of minimum orders for the Basic line, the heart of the company’s production.
