Tacchificio Villa Cortese

It came to life in 1961 due to its founders Pietro Sigolo and Luigi Gazzardi who, after a few years and thanks to the long experience gained as a heel model maker, took over the reins of the company as sole owner. The wooden heel remains the main focus until the late ‘70s, when the production of plastic models begins.

Currently, two generations live together: the second of the brothers Maurizio (Production Manager), Fausto (General Manager) and Donata Gazzardi (Administration Director) and the third composed of Silvia Paganini (Sales and Marketing Director), Eric Gazzardi (Prototyping Manager), Chiara Gazzardi (Purchasing Manager), Alessandro Paganini (Director of Teknostampi).

This is the board of directors of TVC Group, which today has about 30 employees:

• Tacchificio Villa Cortese: realises prototypes, developments, industrialisation and the production of heels and accessories.

• Teknostampi: has been making moulds since 2010.

• Villa Cortese Finishing: newco for lacquering, finishing and special processing.

The production of high-heeled steel stilettos, ABS, polystyrene, plexiglass, moplen, wood and other materials; plateaus and heel layers in various compounds, are meant for haute couture and prêt-à-porter.
