The core business of Tacchificio Monti  consists of the production of hells for women's shoes, where the company places itself towards the customers more as a partner than supplier, interpreting their needs and contributing to give each shoe elegance, style and comfort.

For some years now, the second generation of Monti family has been running the company, guaranteeing the company, after the successes on the national market, the foundations to continue with a sure step towards Europe.

It would be enough to define it as a complete cycle company. This is its strenght: the ability of developed a product according to a complete cycle, which goes from the development of the design to the finishing of the printed product.

Six 3D CAD workstation develop the project, according a design that often comes within the company or it is elaborated starting by a simple sketch of customers.

The project follows the rapid prototyping, realized with the modern technologies, which allows to present in real time a product with the same aesthethic characteristics as the final one.

Another strenght is the internal equipment, equipped with sophisticated numerical control machines, for a great felxibility of making the molds, shortening the delivery time.

The molding department has got the most modern technologies. The machine park allows to satisfy all the technical requirements and to provide very quick answers on the production plan.

Another highlight of Tacchificio Monti is the ability gained over the years to finish the heels externally. On this topic, important studies and investments have been made, which today allow the company to use a know-how that doesn't limit the solutions to be adopt.
