With the development of the first knitting machine for link-links, Heinrich Stoll marked a milestone in the history of knitting technology only a few years after starting his business. Not only has it revolutionised the textile machinery market, it has also laid the foundations for a successful company history to this day.

Founded in 1873, it currently has 1000 employees worldwide and a catalogue that includes straight knitting machines and programming software dedicated to the production of technical fabrics and fashion.

The company exports to more than 50 countries thanks to an extensive network of branches, sales/assistance centres and agencies.

It has been present in Italy since 1989 with a dedicated structure with about 30 employees and a turnover of 18 million euros, and a department dedicated to technical-medical fabrics.
