Lamonti Cuoio is one of the most important tanneries able to keep intact the secrets of traditional slow tanning in a vegetable tank – 100% Made in Italy.

The company opens onto two connected buildings (10,000 square meters in total) and each department is well separated from the others in order to favor a correct handling of the materials and an always capillary and continuous quality control.

The recipe for being the reference of quality leather in Italy and abroad provides for two ingredients.

• Time, because unlike other leathers, the length of processing times determines the quality of the product. The process of transformation from raw skin to leather takes about two months of processing.
• Tradition, because the traditional processing of slow tanning in a vegetable tank is a heritage of craftsmanship handed down through generations.
