Founded in 1980 in Malaysia, Jooi Brothers produces sandals, slippers, PVC and EVA flip flops, with the brand name Asadi. Thanks to its design, Asadi shoes, suitable for all ages and all uses, have rapidly expanded through all distribution channels, from hypermarkets to department stores, from retail stores to discount stores. The markets in which Asadi is present are the EU countries, the Middle East, South America, the Southeast Asia, Japan and South Africa, the USA and Australia. The Asadi collections are produced in the production plants in Penang, Malaysia, with 350 employees. Jooi Brothers pays the utmost attention to the development of product sustainability standards and the development of sustainability standards for manufacturing processes, as well as the development of ethical standards. On one hand, with the production of phthalate-free products and green lines, besides the use of 20% clean energy coming from solar panels placed above the plants; on the other hand, by complying with BSCI certified ethical standards.
